How to correct a problem with a docking station on Windows

Steps to Take

Here's what to do to fix the problem with your external monitors.

1. Please disconnect the power cord attached to the dock, as shown in this picture
    
2. Now reconnect the cable.
3. Wait 10-15 seconds and connections should be restored.
