For alumni who have graduated from 2010 and forward, We have a policy which will automatically block the alumna's email address after it has been unused for 120 days. If you are finding that you are unable to get into your alumni email, and it has been over 120 days since you last used it, you will need to submit a ticket to have it unblocked.
Please note:
In order to unblock your account we need to visually confirm your identity. This can be done one of two ways:
- If you are on, or near campus, you can come by the 1st floor of the Scribner Library, to the IT Help Desk.

You can put in a ticket here. This will put in a request to schedule a zoom meeting so that we can see your face and compare it against our records. Zoom Meetings can only be scheduled during our normal hours of operation. Please use the home page as a guide for what they are currently.
Where do I go to log into my email
If you graduated anytime after 2020 you will go to skidmore.okta.com.
If you graduated between the years of 2010 and 2020 you will need to go to: outlook.office.com/alumni.skidmore.edu. Please make sure you are logging in with your full email address, including @alumni.skidmore.edu.
