How to Clear your Cookies and Cache in Firefox

1. In the top right corner of your browser, there should be three verticle lines. Click the 3 lines and the choose History.

2. Once in the history menu select clear recent history.

3. This should create a pop-up window. in this window make sure the option for clearing cookies and cached data is selected and that the time range is set to everything.

4. Once done close your browser and open a new one.
