Skidmore Account Lock Out

Locked out from Public Computer Log in

If you are trying to log in from a public computer and are getting an error saying that your account has been locked out from too many failed attempts, then please use the "Submit a Ticket" button on the right to have it unlocked. If it is not an immediate need, lock outs only last for a half an hour. If it was your first log on attempt that triggered this lock out then you should check to see if one of your devices is trying to connect to Skidmore secure using a wrong password. If that's the case you will want to either correct the password or forget the network.

Locked out from Okta or Okta applications

If it is not an immediate need, lock outs only last for a half an hour. If it was your first log on attempt that triggered this lock out then you should check to see if one of your devices is trying to connect to Skidmore secure using a wrong password.
