Order Request

Request a new digital signage system via the Submit a Ticket button.

Please note: From order request to screen installation, the process may take up to 4-6 weeks with a new order of a TV monitor, wall mounting bracket, hardware device, and software set-up. Please also allow sufficient time to coordinate if using an existing monitor.

OCM and Media Services will request and use charge code information to procure new TVs, TV wall mounts, digital signage devices, and software licenses, covering associated costs. Initially, these orders will be funded by the respective departments and then billed to the provided accounting code in the request form.
