If you have access to the old device
If you still have access to the old device you will want to log into to your skidmore.okta.com account and disable the okta verify authentication factor. Once disabled you can set up Okta Verify/Authy on your new device through the same menu or by logging out and having the system prompt you to do so when you log back in.
If you do not have access to the old device
You will want to use the "Submit a Ticket" button located on the right to have the Okta Verify authentication factor reset for you.
