Troubleshooting steps
If the issue is that your computer cannot print to a specific printer, or that the printer appears as paused, try reinstalling the printer. For Windows computers you will have to first uninstall the printer (instructions located here). For both Mac and Windows computers instructions on how to reinstall the printer can be found here.
Xerox printer instructions
If reinstalling the printer did not work, or this is an issue with the printer not working correctly (EX. printer jamming, prints coming out streaky, or an error on the printer Screen) please contact Print Services. They can be contacted by calling x5939 or by emailing prtsrvs@skidmore.edu.
