Printer Problem

If you are unable to connect to the printer on a Windows computer

We recommend first trying to uninstall and then reinstall the printer driver. Instructions on how to uninstall the driver can be found here. Instructions on how to reinstall the driver can be found here.

If the printer in question is experiencing a mechanical problem and is a Xerox printer
